THE 2023 SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION SCHOLARSHIP
IN MEMORY OF LINDA HILTON
- One scholarship will be awarded for $1,000 and one for $500.
- The scholarship will be available to high school seniors whose families are members in good standing of the American Legion, Auxiliary, American Legion Riders or the Sons of the American Legion Post 330.
- The awarded scholarship is to be used for post-secondary education expenses. The recipients must attend a college, vocational/technical or other postsecondary institution for the 2023-2024 school year.
- The award will be based on career and educational goals, grades achieved in school, involvement in extracurricular and community activities and on the essay written for the scholarship application.
- Applications may be requested by email from squadron330@yahoo.com or from the guidance office at New Haven High School.
- Applications must be typed and should be mailed or delivered to:

New Haven, IN 46774 - Application deadline is April 15, 2023. Applications that are mailed must be postmarked by this date. Late applications will not be accepted.
